tonyvortex2: Just made some fantastic vegan mac and cheese . Besides using Teese at the end I poured in some extra Daiya to make it more gooey . Also mixed in some Upton’s chorizo style seitan and sun dried tomatoes . oh.my.goodness.
i’ve decided on making cookies all week.  today is random: chocolate chips, dried cherries, walnuts, and coconut.
the vegan oatmeal raisin cookies i made today.
these vegan mozzarella sticks look fantastic.
one of my favorite snacks ever.
vegan spaghetti-o’s with meatballs.  making these the second i get ahold of anellini pasta.
